Sustainability Manager at PSP Investments

Lead climate innovation and sustainability at PSP Investments as a Manager, Sustainability & Climate Innovation. Drive key climate integration processes while fostering sustainable investment initiatives for better long‑term performance. This temporary contract role focuses on advancing PSP’s commitment to climate action and sustainable investment. You'll report to the Senior Director, leading integration of climate considerations into risk management with a strong emphasis on data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The position requires sustainability assessments and internal policy enhancements to meet best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead climate risk integration into decision-making processes
• Develop quantitative tools for portfolio-wide climate metrics
• Assess sustainability of target companies and partners
• Enhance climate-related policies and procedures
• Design climate training & knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
• 6-8 years of sustainability experience with climate focus
• Strong understanding of investment risk management
• Proven ability to develop corporate climate strategies
• Bilingual in English and French, or willingness to learn
