Job Responsibility:
Duties
- Sell memberships
- Answer membership inquiries, schedule and provide facility tours, follow up with prospects by phone and email.
- Report equipment and facility maintenance issues
- Maintain upkeep of the gym during shift
- Resolve members concerns
- Checking in members
- Support for club marketing events and promotions
- Book fitness consultations for new members
- Keep club signage and marketing boards up to date
Skills
- Customer service experience required
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Passion for Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
- Outgoing positive personality and sales skills
- Must be live close to gym to apply
- Post secondary diploma in Health and Wellness considered an asset
