Functional Analyst Role with ATCO in Edmonton

Support customer care as a Functional CCS Analyst with ATCO in Edmonton, AB. This hybrid role is perfect for experts in user acceptance testing and Oracle solutions seeking meaningful work. - Create and maintain testing documentation and plans
- Collaborate to identify defects and provide resolutions
- Support business process mapping and data queries
- Execute user acceptance tests effectively
- Ensure all deliverables are on track with KPIs
- Minimum 2 years in user acceptance testing
- Experience with Oracle CCS or C2M systems
- Familiarity with Agile and business analysis tools
- Proven track record in analyzing data effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
