Drive fan engagement through technology as a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Administrator/Developer with MLSE. This freelance role emphasizes Salesforce administration, development, and loyalty management across sports and entertainment. As a key player in the Customer Data and Relationship Platforms team, you will integrate technology and data to enhance fan interactions. This position requires collaboration with various teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Fan Experience to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud functionalities
- Collaborate with BAs and stakeholders on requirements
- Develop loyalty capabilities for member management and rewards
- Support integrations between Loyalty Cloud and other platforms
- Assist in training and support for Salesforce users
- Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and CRM platforms
- Strong Salesforce administration and development skills
- Familiarity with loyalty program mechanics and integrations
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and data management
- Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
