Energy Renewables Project Development Manager

Energy and Renewables project development leadership awaits at Allnorth, focused on proposal development, client relationships, and sustainable sector growth. Regular travel is required.As Project Development Manager, you will advance Allnorth’s Energy and Renewables strategy while supporting operations and growth teams. The work spans brownfield retrofits, greenfield developments, mining projects, and multiple divisions across North America. You will balance business development, project execution, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Lead mining proposal development and prepare fee estimatesDefine brownfield scopes and lead projects through detailed engineeringBuild client relationships and maintain a mining opportunity pipelineIdentify energy-sector clients, opportunities, and cross-selling strategiesSupport teams through quality reviews, reporting, and risk mitigationRequirements:
At least 15 years’ direct industry experienceExperience in energy, renewables, heavy industrial, or mining sectorsP.Eng preferred;
engineering or technology degree consideredExperience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects under varied contractsExcellent communication skills and regular travel availabilityBring commercial judgment, proposal expertise, and client development leadership to Allnorth’s Energy and Renewables team across diverse projects.
