Senior Director Investment Transfers

Lead investment transfer operations at National Bank, applying operational leadership and transformation expertise in a hybrid work model. Guide six managers across wealth management operations.

As Senior Director, you oversee inbound and outbound transfers while supporting stability, efficiency, and client experience. Your leadership will advance continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across a complex environment. The position includes occasional travel to Toronto and requires French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead incoming and outgoing investment transfer activities
• Ensure performance and compliance with service commitments
• Execute stabilization plans improving productivity and client experience
• Resolve critical issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Lead transformation linked to the Ciro Transfer program

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years’ relevant experience
• Experience managing complex operations and managers
• Expertise in transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Knowledge of wealth management, investment operations, or financial services
• French and English language proficiency
