Compensation: $18–22/hour
About the Role
Discovery Acres Recovery & Wellness is a men's only recovery and wellness facility dedicated to supporting adult men on their recovery journey in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Program Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will help create a positive, structured environment for our clients while making a meaningful difference in their daily lives and long-term recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
- Encourage client participation in daily programs and activities.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Build respectful and professional relationships with clients.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recovery support, community services, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Passion for helping others and working as part of a supportive team.
- Ability to work in a professional, client-focused environment.
