In this key role on the Data & Analytics team, you will lead initiatives to build advanced risk models and foster collaboration among Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams. Your innovative approach will drive actionable insights and help prevent financial crimes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create ML-based models to mitigate fraud risk
• Establish a data-centric culture within Risk & Compliance
• Conduct A/B testing to refine risk models
• Develop new risk signals for detecting fraudulent activities
• Lead automation efforts to streamline risk-related processes
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, 3+ in Risk
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages, R or Python
• Familiarity with fraud detection model creation
• Solid skill in dashboarding and data visualization
• Experience in fast-paced fintech environments is advantageous
