You will also be responsible for collaborating across service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions and adapting to market changes. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure market visibility through strategic business initiatives
- Build a collaborative and results-oriented sales team
- Mobilize and coach your team towards outstanding performance
- Lead strategic collaboration to meet clients' full needs
- Stay informed on industry trends to inform service offerings
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years or Master's with 8 years relevant experience
- Proven strength in managing teams and coaching sales
- Expertise in Private Banking and wealth management
- Ability to utilize sales tools effectively
- CIRO qualification for discretionary PM
