Caregiver for my father

I am looking for a compassionate and reliable caregiver for my father, who is experiencing the onset of dementia. Each day can feel very different for him. He knows his name, birthday, and mine, but he forgets many things, and although he does speak, sometimes his words may not make sense. This is a part-time, live-out caregiver for my father position, starting on 19.08.2026. I need someone to stay with him for a few hours during the week while I run errands. The role is on an as-needed basis, with availability especially helpful on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and around midday, for less than 20 hours per week. The main responsibilities include providing Alzheimer’s/dementia care, helping with bathing assistance, and supervising him at home to keep him safe and comfortable. Experience working with dementia is important. A driver’s license is not required, but you may need to use your own car if necessary. I am hoping to find someone patient, understanding, attentive, and kind, who can offer both support and companionship during these hours. (Part-Time, Live-Out) For morning, day (nurse-attendant)
