Job Duties
-Prepare and cook food items.
-Ensure that all dishes and recipes are made to standard.
-Help oversee kitchen operations and food service areas.
-Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff.
-Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
-Monitor stock levels and maintain detailed records of food, supplies, and equipment.
-May assist in menu planning. Employment Requirements
-At least 3 years of recent experience working as a cook in a restaurant.
-Experience preparing Japanese cuisine considered an asset.
-Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and perform well under pressure.
-Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
-Scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Job Details
-$22 per hour.
-One staff meal per shift.
-Ability to receive bonus at end of year.
-Full-time (at least 30 hours per week).
-Physically demanding.
-Standing for extended periods of time. Other
