Milk Receiver

Job Responsibility:

Shift: 10-12 hour shift Saturday and Sunday

Milk Receiver Job Functions:

• Coordinates and supports the Production Manager to facilitate effective, efficient and smooth milk receiving activities
• Maintains the raw area of the plant, ensuring the highest level of sanitation and product quality is maintained at all times.
• Performs sanitation on all raw area equipment according to the requirements given in the sanitation manual.
• Receives milk from the transport milk truck and ensures the milk received meets all food safety requirements.
• Maintains accurate documentation ensuring it meets Food Safety Program (HACCP) requirements.
• Maintains the rotation of milk used according to program requirements.
• Pays close attention to detail ensuring the consistent maintenance of time, temperature and sanitation procedures.
• Takes initiative to assist with other departments/areas as required.

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Every Weekend
