AO Globe Life is growing fast, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team as Inside Sales Specialists. This is a work-from-home opportunity with strong potential for advancement, personal development, and uncapped earnings.
Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, educate clients on available benefits, and guide them through a simple, proven process. No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Our leads are warm, and our system is designed for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client requests and conduct virtual consultations
Present personalized benefit options based on individual needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Attend ongoing training and development sessions via Zoom
