Reporting to the Director of Estimating, the Estimating Manager is a pivotal role requiring at least five years of estimating experience in construction, along with a proven track record in team supervision. You will ensure the preparation of accurate bids and compliance with all project requirements while fostering collaborative efforts among internal departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team workflows and balance workloads effectively
• Approve detailed estimates for project alignment
• Ensure standardization of methods and templates for estimating
• Maintain and improve estimating tools for accuracy
• Assist in bid reviews and participate in complex estimating

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years in Estimating within construction
• Supervisory experience of 2+ years preferred
• Knowledge of facade systems is beneficial
• Certification in Construction Estimation is advantageous
