- Direct incoming calls and inform clients about services
- Serve as the first point of contact in the office
- Manage appointment schedules to reduce cancellations
- Enter client data, manage charges, and process payments
- Perform administrative support and general office duties
- 1 to 2 years in a reception or customer service role
- Post-secondary education in medical office/business administration is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
