Senior Payments System Analyst
Acumatica, Inc.
Analyze payment systems for Acumatica in Montreal or Ottawa, using functional specifications, acceptance testing, and a hybrid work model. Support ERP payment solutions.
As a Senior System Analyst on Acumatica’s Payments Team, you will shape payment processing capabilities within its cloud ERP. The work covers credit cards, electronic bank transfers, POS terminals, payment links, and third-party integrations. You will translate business scenarios into features while coordinating with partners, customers, developers, and QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business scenarios and communicate requirements with partners
- Design features and write functional specifications
- Evaluate backward compatibility with stakeholders
- Coordinate implementation across developers and providers
- Validate features through acceptance testing and test scenarios
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years in system analysis and functional specifications
- 3+ years in payment processing and third-party integrations
- Strong English functional documentation experience
- Acceptance testing and complex information communication experience
