Build reliable automated tests with JavaScript and TypeScript as a Senior QA Developer at AlgaeCal, supporting eCommerce quality across storefront and backend systems.AlgaeCal seeks a Senior QA Developer for its QA team. You will improve quality, stability, and reliability across a React-based storefront and internal middleware. The work includes Shopify Hydrogen, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and digital marketing technology.Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and improve automated testing strategiesDevelop reliable tests using JavaScript and TypeScriptInvestigate unreliable tests and improve test coverageIntegrate automated tests into cloud-based CI/CD pipelinesReport coverage, execution times, failures, and production bugsRequirements:
Three or more years of QA development experienceStrong JavaScript and TypeScript skillsHands-on Cypress, Playwright, or similar framework experienceExperience testing APIs and investigating performanceExperience with eCommerce websites and systemsApply your QA development, JavaScript, and automated testing expertise to strengthen AlgaeCal’s eCommerce releases and systems.
