Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain CNC programs for shop floor machines • Implement laser tool measurement on CNC equipment • Develop setup sheets, tooling lists, and maintenance forms • Liaise with engineering teams for robust manufacturing processes • Lead initiatives for process improvement and cost reduction

Requirements: • Proficient in CATIA V5 and CNC machining • 5+ years experience in machine shops • Experience with Siemens and Fanuc controls • Knowledge of cutting tools and probing techniques • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
