Expected Start Date: September 07, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Grenfell Health Centre City/Town: Grenfell Department: Primary Care Sites Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.43 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 6 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: Yes Job : This position works as part of an interdisciplinary primary health care team. Under the direction of Primary Health Care Manager, the Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health care services to the community. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for clients in the community both independently and collaboratively with a physician, depending upon the complexity of client needs. This includes: health promotion and protection; first line treatment and emergency services; provision of supportive counselling and instruction in management of medical conditions; disease and injury prevention; initiating and conducting community needs assessments and participating in evaluative projects; and collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- 3 years experience as a RN in critical care, ER, acute care or primary care.
