We are hiring a highly skilled Backend developer experienced with Kubernetes to design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable backend services in a cloud‑native environment across global teams. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain code using Java and Python. Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards. Collaborate closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative software solutions. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Java development. 3+ years of experience in Python development. BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience delivering software applications. Experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating microservices and ensuring high availability and performance. Experience with LLMs beyond standard developer tools (API calls to an LLM, agentic loop, creating and using agents). Experience with MCP. Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab Runner. Self‑motivated and able to work well in a team environment. Team player; willing to coach junior team members and cooperate on cross‑functional problem solving. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
