Inventory Replenisher at UAP

UAP is looking for a dedicated Inventory Replenisher to manage purchasing and optimize inventory levels in stores and distribution centers. This role emphasizes strong communication and analytical skills in both French and English.

Reporting directly to the Supply Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in purchasing goods and maintaining inventory levels to achieve financial objectives. The position requires placing replenishment orders, monitoring open orders, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability.

Key Responsibilities: • Place replenishment purchase orders based on system or manual analysis • Maintain optimal inventory levels aligned with service and financial targets • Monitor open orders and address late deliveries proactively • Analyze exception reports to adjust sales forecasts • Communicate regularly with market managers and operational teams

Requirements: • Degree in supply chain, mathematics, or administration • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems • Strong communication skills in French and English • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
