Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping products and an eagerness to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, managing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting vaping products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about various vape devices and e-liquids.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and provide knowledgeable responses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of vaping products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong cash handling experience with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient sales operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos to inform customers about product features.
- Strong organizational skills to keep the store well-maintained and stocked.
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred but not mandatory.
