Babysitter wanted for childcare in Winnipeg

We are a family of 3 and expecting, due in December 2026 My son has Autism. He's nonverbal and requires close monitoring. He's a very friendly child once you get to know him. I am going to start work soon, possibly in August, and depending on when I start, I might require a full day on weekdays or if it's September when school starts, it will be mainly in the afternoons, and I will need you to pick up downstairs and care for him till I come back from work. We want someone who will love him as much as we do, and if you have experience with a child with special needs, that would be great and helpful as well.
