Transcend: Process Manager, Global Trade Services

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Process Manager for Global Trade Services to support the Transcend ERP transformation program. This hybrid role, based in Cork, Ireland with alternate locations available, will design and optimize global trade processes within a modern standardized platform while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and document current and future-state global trade processes
- Convert business requirements into standardized, practical solutions across regions
- Lead workshops and design reviews to align stakeholder priorities and requirements
- Support system configuration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and governance artifacts for adoption
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years professional experience in relevant fields
- Experience with global trade compliance, trade controls, or related business processes
- Demonstrated experience designing, improving, or implementing business processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma minimum
- Project management, APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification helpful
