Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager

Lead supply chain operations at Ontario Power Generation using warehouse leadership, logistics expertise, and inventory management in a complex environment. This daytime role includes 10% travel.As Senior Manager Supply Chain, you will provide strategic oversight within OPG’s Supply Chain, Plant Operations team. The position covers warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and broader supply chain operations. You will support technology adoption, operational excellence, organizational alignment, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead warehouse and logistics operations and end-to-end supply chain integrationManage facilities, inventory, vendors, contracts, transportation, customs, and returnsEstablish operational KPIs, workforce plans, and performance management processesDevelop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and cross-trainingCollaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to standardize processesRequirements:
University degree or college diplomaEight to ten years of experienceLeadership experience in complex operational environmentsExperience leading SAP EWM or WM implementationsExperience leading warehouse relocations or capital projectsBring strategic leadership, SAP expertise, and inventory optimization experience to OPG’s supply chain operations and service delivery.
