Part-Time School Bus Driver Wanted — Ideally Holding a Class B License

Valley Bus Lines Ltd. is seeking school bus drivers to transport students to and from school in the Kemptville region of Ontario.
Take part in the daily journey of dozens of young learners! Morning and afternoon, you’ll be responsible for inspecting your vehicle, driving safely, maintaining order on board, and making multiple stops to pick up and drop off children. Rain or shine, you’ll be counted on to get them there safely.

We need school bus drivers in the following areas:
- Mountain
- South mountain
- Spencerville
- Iroquois
- Winchester
- Merrickville
- Kemptville

- $21.00/hour salary
- On-call position for sick leave and vacation coverage, with the possibility of a part-time role (25 hours/week)
- Training provided if you don’t yet have your Class B license
Your new daily routine
- Drive students safely to and from school
- Ensure the safety of children boarding, exiting, and crossing the street at bus stops
- Maintain discipline on board

Requirements
- No criminal record related to the position
- Good knowledge of the Kemptville, Ontario area
- Must reside in Ontario
- Spoken and written language: English
- Class B driver’s license (an asset)
- Class G driver’s license (required)
- Valid Canadian work permit (required)
- Fewer than 6 demerit points on your driving record
