We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Learning & Talent Management Consultant to join a high-impact implementation project in Canada.
Key Requirements
- 7–8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- 2–3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Learning and Talent Management modules
- Strong functional expertise in configuring and deploying Learning and Talent solutions
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Ability to support workshops, testing, user training, and go-live activities
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred
