Real Estate Legal Paralegal Montréal
Gestion Zagora
Apply your real estate documentation and transaction skills as a Legal Paralegal with Gestion Zagora, working full-time on-site in Montréal.
Reporting to the legal team, you will support residential property operations across Montréal, the South Shore, Gatineau, Québec City and Cornwall. The work covers legal documents, acquisitions, sales, refinancings, leases and property management. French and English are required for partners, lenders and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and manage real estate legal documents
- Follow acquisitions, sales and refinancing transactions
- Prepare leases, renewals, notices and rental agreements
- Search legal records and the Québec land register
- Track deadlines, obligations and key dates
Requirements:
- Diploma in paralegal, legal studies or related field
- Two to five years of relevant experience
- Real estate transactions and lease experience is an asset
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Spoken and written French and English
Support Gestion Zagora’s residential portfolio through organized legal files, transaction follow-up, lease work and bilingual communication.
