As the Head of Product, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Auxo's AI-native fintech platform. You will oversee product strategy, manage a product portfolio, and prioritize strategic investments. Collaborating with founders and mentoring Product Managers, your leadership will help turn a promising platform into a revenue-generating success. Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap across the product portfolio
• Determine product investment priorities and strategic bets
• Drive customer discovery and validation processes
• Develop compelling product positioning and narratives
• Partner with GTM on pricing and commercialization strategies

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years of managing or mentoring Product Managers
• Proven success in leading SaaS or multi-product platforms
• Strong storytelling and product positioning skills
• Experience in the fintech or AI domain
