Host/Hostess

Job :
-Greeting guests with friendly conversation, and using a seating chart to seat appropriately.
-Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
-Provide menus and assist with any initial questions guests may have.
-Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences.
-Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
-Offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to guests throughout their visit.
-May also need to answer the phones and fill to-go orders when needed.
-Accept payments for takeout orders.
