Product Designer for Jane Communications

Elevate user experience as a Product Designer with Jane's Communications team. Bring creativity and interaction design skills to shape polished messaging tools that connect clinics and patients. This role requires a passionate Product Designer, ideally with two years of experience, to enhance the user experience at Jane. You'll work collaboratively with product managers and developers, utilizing the design system to create consistency across our communication platforms. Your involvement in customer research will foster improved design solutions, while mentorship opportunities will help you develop into a senior role. Key Responsibilities:

• Shape interactions that enhance user experience
• Own projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with developers daily to realize designs
• Participate in customer research and feedback sessions
• Promote consistent use of Jane's design system

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a Product Designer
• Strong understanding of interaction design
• Proficiency in Claude Code and Figma
• Ability to work within a design system
• Eagerness to learn and accept feedback
