Indian Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibility:

## OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

## Duties- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation.- Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality, food handling, and customer service.- Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and profitability.- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall dining experience.

## Experience- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is required.- Knowledge of POS systems, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Experience in bartending or cooking is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
