Data Analyst - Strategy & Insights Role

Step into the impactful role of Senior Data Analyst at Match Group, where you will transform data into strategic insights for brands like Tinder and Plenty of Fish. This hybrid role fuses analysis, product strategy, and experimentation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics Strategy, you will collaborate with various teams to define business metrics, assess opportunities, and lead experimental design. Your work will create actionable insights that enhance performance across Match Group’s dating platforms, driving business outcomes and user engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage KPIs for platform success
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership to prioritize roadmap items
  • Conduct product feature experiments and evaluations
  • Assess impacts using large, multi-brand datasets
  • Develop analytical dashboards to drive rapid decision-making
Requirements:
  • 7+ years analyzing data for product decisions
  • 4+ years working closely with product teams
  • Proven ability to communicate complex insights clearly
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools
  • Experience in enhancing instrumentation and data quality
