Vice President Technology Metrics Lead

Lead technology metrics and KPI governance at Morgan Stanley in Montreal, using data architecture and analytics within a hybrid work model.As a Vice President, you will shape the firm’s technology measurement ecosystem across architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and business teams. You will define standardized measures supporting technology strategy priorities. The mandate covers modernization, resilience, governance, productivity, platform adoption, data readiness, and relevant AI measures.Key Responsibilities:
Define, standardize, and govern enterprise technology metricsDevelop indicators covering modernization, resilience, productivity, and valueProduce strategic analyses, dashboards, and executive reportingDesign architecture for enterprise strategy datasetsEstablish semantic models, metadata, lineage, and quality controlsRequirements:
More than 10 years in data, analytics, or technology strategyEnterprise metrics, scorecards, and performance frameworks experienceHands-on pipelines, data models, reconciliation, and curated productsSQL and Python for analysis, validation, and prototypingFrench and English knowledge requiredBring executive measurement, data architecture, KPI governance, SQL, and Python expertise to Morgan Stanley’s Montreal technology strategy team.
