OpCenter Technical Consultant (Fredericton)

Key Responsibilities

Perform Opcenter Core and Electronics installation; design high‑availability architecture (multi‑app servers, DB servers, license server) and disaster recovery setup. Configure workflows, customize CDO fields, and publish UI changes using Designer and Portal Studio. Implement and manage integrations with PLM, ERP (SAP), and CN MOM (inbound/outbound, XML modeling, broker services). Ensure smooth OLTP‑to‑ODS data flow and configure ODS. Develop and customize Mendix UI, link Mendix with Core, and manage data population during customization. Configure SSO, manage user roles, and automate employee creation via Active Directory. Define and execute upgrade strategies, including backup/restore and production rollout. Handle supported document formats, store 3D images, and integrate Teamcenter for document management. Implement CLM (Closed Loop Manufacturing) with PLM and Core, including work instruction transfers. Configure CN MOM objects and workflows in Camstar. Validate and troubleshoot transactions across integrated systems. Skills

Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Mendix. Strong knowledge of Opcenter Execution Core, CN MOM configuration, XML modeling, and ODS architecture. Experience with high‑availability architecture and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with document management and 3D visualization tools in Opcenter. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience

6–12 years in MES/Opcenter implementation. Proven track record with Opcenter Core, Electronics, Mendix, and CN MOM. Solid background in system integration (PLM, ERP, SAP).
