About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our client’s manufacturing team in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, working with tools, and being part of a fast‑paced production environment.

The successful candidate will assist with the manufacturing and assembly of metal building components while following safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the production and assembly of metal building components

• Operate basic hand and power tools

• Measure, cut, drill, and assemble materials as required

• Read and follow basic work instructions and drawings

• Load, move, and organize materials within the production area

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team

• Perform other general production duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or general labour experience is an asset

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Physically capable of performing repetitive and hands‑on work

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong commitment to workplace safety
