Drive process improvement at Livingston through Lean Six Sigma expertise, statistical analysis, and project management within international trade operations.The Business Process Engineer manages organizational and process improvement projects across Livingston’s brokerage environment. You will review processes, risks, and systems while applying process mapping, business requirements, use cases, and User Acceptance Testing. The work supports process engineering, technology integration, stakeholder communication, and strategic analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee process creation, mapping, documentation, and technology integration designsManage business requirements, use cases, and User Acceptance Testing casesDirect requirements gathering with multidisciplinary teamsManage project scopes, timelines, risks, implementation, and stakeholder communicationsLead Lean Six Sigma root cause and statistical analysis projectsRequirements:
Eight years of progressive experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent requiredExpertise in Lean Six Sigma, CAR, FMEA, and DMAIC methodsStrong project management, analytical, and statistical analysis skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management softwareApply process design, risk management, and Lean Six Sigma leadership to improve Livingston’s international trade operations.
