· Deliver life skills programming, including financial literacy, tenancy rights, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, and hands-on skill development and advocate for youth in accessing housing supports, income assistance, post-secondary education, and employment opportunities.
· Embed nehiyaw teachings and cultural pathways, including ceremony, land-based learning, and mentorship with Elders and Knowledge Keepers and support youth in healing from trauma through referrals, early intervention, and culturally grounded wellness approaches.
· Maintain accurate and confidential records, case notes, and reports in line with ISC and kakisiwew ochapowace requirements.

· Strong understanding of nehiyaw culture, traditions, and values, and commitment to embedding these into daily practice.
· Skills in communication, advocacy, conflict resolution, and building respectful relationships.
