Garrison Golf and Curling Club - Pro Shop
Job Responsibility:
The operator of the Garrison Golf and Curling Club golf shop requires full-time and part-time pro shop employees for the balance of the 2024 Golf Season.
PRO SHOP ATTENDANT - Garrison Golf Club
- Starts early August until mid-October
- Commensurate with experience ($18.00/ hour +)
- 2 position available
- Full-time, Part-time (seasonal)
- 12 to 35 hours/week
- 2 to 5 shifts/week. Early mornings possible (7:00AM). Late evenings possible (8:00PM). Weekend shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful applicant will be responsible for daily activities of the operation of the pro shop including (but not limited to):
- member registration and sign in
- guest green fee collection
- order of play (starting)
- power cart fleet distribution
- retail sales
- range sales and distribution
- supervision of outside services personnel
- general cleaning/upkeep of the pro shop
Qualifications and Skills
- customer service experience beneficial
- previous cashier experience
- basic golf knowledge
- vulnerable sector screening upon job acceptance
- valid First Aid Certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, SeasonalContract length: 2 months
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
