Growth Marketing Manager at Acuity

Lead demand generation initiatives at Acuity Insights as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in a remote role across Canada. This position emphasizes strategic campaign execution and integrating AI practices. In this full-time, 16-month fixed-term role, you will spearhead demand generation efforts for Acuity's evolving product portfolio. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to influence marketing strategies that drive commercial impact. Your expertise will play a central role in developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aimed at both current and emerging markets. Key Responsibilities:

Set and execute quarterly demand-generation plans
Optimize integrated campaigns across various channels
Build and manage nurturing programs for different audiences
Analyze performance metrics and growth drivers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for alignment

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B demand generation
Strong background in integrated campaign design and execution
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms
Experience with AI in marketing strategies
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
