Full Stack Angular Developer

Job Responsibility:

At CGI we are looking for the creative and passionate Full Stack Angular developer with a proven background in Agile/Waterfall/RAD development. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment and be able to work directly with clients and other CGI team members so communication and presentation skills are equally as key as the proven technical excellence that this candidate must demonstrate.

Your future duties and responsibilities

In this role you may be asked to do the following:

• Translate user requirements into the overall architecture and implementation of new systems
• Manage Project and coordinate with the Client
• Demonstrate effective communications

• Familiar with building scalable applications
• Writing optimized front end code HTML and JavaScript
• Understand, create and debug database related queries
• Create test code to validate the application against client requirement
• Monitor the performance of web applications & infrastructure
• Troubleshooting web application with a fast and accurate a resolution

Key activities for this role:

• Complete tasks assigned by team lead or client PM (may include analysis, design, coding, peer review, testing, or deployment activities).
• Attend and participate in all required meetings.
• Escalate issues and risks per the project escalation procedure 100% of the time
• Adhere to engagement processes and procedures including QMS, coding standards, as well as those defined by the client PM.
• Delivering all project tasks in accordance to the guidelines given in the clients Project plans
• Ensure that quality software is developed in accordance with the project's Quality plan
• Ensure that code and the techniques used match the project standards for the technology
• Maintain a defect ratio of less than 5% for all tasks
• Build respectful relationships with team members, clients etc. demonstrating sensitivity towards diversity, managing conflicts and promoting team relationships.
• 100% adherence to Internal policies (Member Commitment to the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Dress Code, Travel, Expenses, etc.)
• Always practice professional, respectful communication whenever dealing with other team members, management and the client.

• Database technology like SQL (Oracle/Sybase), SQLServer, MongoDB
• JUnit (or other Unit Testing framework)

• UI/UX Design
