Nanny Wanted - Part Time House Manager/Family Assistant Stouffville

We are a busy, professional family with two young children (a preschooler and an infant) looking for a warm, organized, and proactive House Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our household running smoothly as I return to work in fall 2026. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys both childcare and household management. Schedule Guaranteed 25–30 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Thursday: 3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- PD days and daycare closures
- Caring for the children when they are home sick
- Occasional schedule changes
- Daily daycare/preschool pickup for both children
- Prepare and serve snacks and simple dinners
- Engage the children in age-appropriate activities after pickup
- Assist with evening routines as needed
- Care for the children when they are home sick
- Children’s laundry and organizing clothes
- Pack and unpack daycare bags
- Clean and prepare bottles, lunch containers, and supplies
- Monitor inventory of diapers, wipes, and household essentials
- Meal preparation for the family
- Grocery shopping and household errands as needed
- Coordinate returns, deliveries, and service appointments
- Light tidying and organization related to the children and common areas
