You will manage employees, recruitment, onboarding, business processes, and cross-functional delivery. Oversee daily operations, priorities, resources, and departmental responsibilitiesLead projects through scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and deliveryImprove workflows, handoffs, CRM discipline, and service deliveryManage employees through priorities, coaching, feedback, and accountabilityNegotiate vendor pricing, agreements, renewals, and service expectationsRequirements:
