Senior Plc Automation Engineer

Lead PLC, HMI, and SCADA automation work while improving industrial equipment performance and reliability through complex controls troubleshooting.This Senior Automation Specialist supports industrial automation and advanced manufacturing projects. The experienced specialist leads initiatives from concept through commissioning, troubleshoots electrical and controls issues, and supports system integration. The work includes Allen-Bradley, Siemens, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systemsLead automation projects through installation and commissioningDiagnose complex electrical and controls issuesSupport equipment upgrades and process improvementsMaintain programming standards and electrical schematicsRequirements:
Seven or more years of industrial automation experienceStrong Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC programming experienceExperience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and networksAbility to troubleshoot and commission equipment independentlyStrong electrical control systems understandingApply senior automation expertise across PLC programming, commissioning, controls troubleshooting, and equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
