Senior Customer Expansion Marketing Manager

Drive customer expansion and adoption at Trulioo using lifecycle marketing, account-based campaigns, and AI-enabled workflows from Vancouver or San Diego.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this senior manager owns expansion marketing for mid-market and enterprise customers. You will partner with customer success, product, and RevOps to build signal frameworks, campaigns, and advocacy programs. The work supports adoption, expansion revenue, retention influence, and net-new sales through customer evidence.Key Responsibilities:
Own expansion and adoption marketing strategy and executionBuild product usage, account health, and commercial signal frameworksDesign lifecycle nurture and journey maps for buying committeesDevelop customer advocacy and case study pipelinesBuild AI-enabled scoring and account-level campaign workflowsRequirements:
Eight years in B2B SaaS customer, lifecycle, or expansion marketingExperience marketing to mid-market and enterprise accountsStrong collaboration with customer success, product, and RevOpsExperience building segmentation, advocacy, and case study programsSalesforce and Marketo, or comparable platform, experienceBring customer marketing leadership, expansion strategy, advocacy expertise, and responsible AI experience to Trulioo’s digital identity platform.
