Shipping and Receiving Clerk Role

As a pivotal member of the logistics team, your expertise will facilitate incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include interacting with drivers, processing essential documentation, and maintaining real-time inventory reports. You will also contribute to a customer-focused environment through effective communication and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage drivers at the Welcome Center
- Process Bills of Lading and shipping documentation
- Maintain inbound and outbound shipment schedules
- Coordinate dock assignments for efficient operation
- Provide high-quality customer service to stakeholders
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Basic math and record-keeping skills needed
