Head of Brand Strategy at Canopy Growth

Drive brand excellence and portfolio innovation with Canopy Growth as the Head of Portfolio & Brand Strategy. Lead strategic initiatives to optimize cannabis product lines and maximize market impact. As a key member of Canopy Growth’s leadership team, you will shape the long-term brand strategies for the Adult Use segment. This remote-first role emphasizes portfolio strategy, brand architecture, annual planning, and resource allocation to achieve sustainable growth. Collaborate closely with other executives to establish commercial integration and market share strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Own the overall strategy for adult-use brands
- Define brand roles and growth mandates
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend shifts
- Develop clear brand architecture and positioning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- 10+ years in brand or marketing leadership
- Proven experience in portfolio management
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
