Remote Technology HR Business Partners apply talent management and organizational development expertise across globally distributed teams. This fully remote position supports Technology and Innovation leaders.The HR Business Partner advises senior leaders within Technology and Innovation divisions. You will shape talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. The work also covers employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development across a remote technology workforce.Key Responsibilities:
Advise senior Technology and Innovation leaders strategicallyDevelop workforce, succession, and leadership planning strategiesDrive engagement initiatives for remote technical teamsAnalyze HR metrics and recommend leadership actionsChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion within technology teamsRequirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldEight years of progressive HR experience minimumFour years supporting technology or R&D functionsExperience in talent management and organizational developmentStrong consulting, influencing, analytical, and communication skillsSupport globally distributed technology teams through strategic HR advising, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement expertise.
