What you'll doBe the first point of contact for our customers through phone, email, or chat
Listen carefully, think quickly, and find solutions that actually work
Follow up and follow through with no dropped balls
Work closely with the rest of the team to make sure customers have a great experience
Flag patterns and problems so we can keep getting better

Prior customer service or client-facing experience is a plus but not required. We care more about who you are than what's on your resume
