Cross Border Tax Manager Position

Join our Cross Border Individual Tax team as Manager to deliver customized tax strategies and maintain compliance for clients. You’ll provide essential tax advice for assignments in Canada and the U.S. As a Manager, you will lead client-facing teams handling U.S. and combined income tax return preparation for individuals crossing borders. Your expertise will include cross-border tax planning and compliance while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role also involves business development and networking within the local community. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams preparing U.S. and Canadian tax returns
• Assist in cross-border income tax and estate planning
• Deliver expertise on U.S. and Canadian tax regulations
• Participate in expatriate policy and compensation design
• Review work for accuracy and quality assurance Requirements:
• CPA designation is required
• 4 to 5 years in public accounting or tax consulting
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. and Canadian tax systems
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Master’s degree in U.S. taxation is a plus Contribute your expertise in cross-border tax strategies and empower clients through regulatory compliance.
